This is the moment Sheffield erupted into noise this weekend for a special cause.
Cheers, clapping, and whistling could be heard across the city centre for a whole minute on Saturday, November 20.
It came from crowds gathered in the Winter Gardens to observe Trans Day Of Remembrance.
The "minute of noise" was organised in honour of all those who have lost their lives to transphobia.
Organisers said their intention was to transform the traditional minute of silence into an act calling for the voices of those involved to be heard.
The day brought together a range of voices from within the LBTQ+ community, with speeches from people sharing their own personal experiences or talking about allyship.
The event was a collaboration between SAYiT, LBBT Sheffield, Sheffield University LGBT+ Committee and Sheffield Hallam LGBT+ Staff Network.
